Our background in technology, software, and automation allows us to operate with exceptional efficiency. By leveraging modern systems and smart logistics, we deploy more than 100 crew members to multiple locations seven days a week, while maintaining consistency, accountability, and quality at scale.
We provide comprehensive cultivation support from seed to harvest. Our services include trimming, bucking, defoliation, pruning, transplanting, and full facility cleaning. What was once an under-the-table job has been transformed into a professional operation—registered, licensed, insured, and structured—designed to protect both our clients and our workforce. We’re also actively helping set industry standards by working with MIOSHA, state legislators, and insurance providers to improve safety and compliance across the sector.
Today, we complete more than 100 appointments each month and continue to grow at an average rate of 20% month over month. We proudly serve a wide range of clients, from personal caregiver growers with as few as 12 plants to state-licensed facilities managing 18,000 plants or more. Our headquarters, training, and administrative center is now proudly located in Warren, Michigan, while our teams continue to serve clients directly at their facilities.
